Jeff Love
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Love is the founder and Chief Executive Officer.
As founder and CEO, Jeff oversees the strategic development of the firm and deployment of the firm’s capital. In addition, he directs the investment and growth strategy of the company while managing all acquisition transactions.
Bernard Githinji
Chief Financial Officer
As a CFO, Bernard is responsible for leading the financial operations of Elysian Capital Inc. He spearheads different strategic initiatives aimed at creating a more efficient and effective organization. He has been involved in the acquisition and integration of several healthcare facilities. Mr. Githinji career includes 13 years of financials leadership in public accounting and healthcare industry. Prior to joining Elysian Capital, he was the corporate controller with exceptional healthcare inc. He also worked as an external Auditor with Deloitte. Mr. Githinji Received his Master’s Degree from the university of North Texas and he is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Brooke Steele
Chief Of Staff
Brooke Steele has six years of professional administrative experience and a proven track record of polished work in high-volume, high-pressure environments. With strong attention to detail, Brooke supports the CEO by ensuring smooth coordination of new and ongoing projects, practicing efficient communication among the team, providing general support to multiple areas of company's diverse portfolio. Brooke has a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from the University of Memphis.
Matthew Scarpa
Executive Assistant
Matthew Scarpa is an Executive Assistant under the Elysian Capital banner, where he works with Mr. Faizullah Abbasi on deals primarily involving gas stations, medical centers, and car washes. Matthew has experience in Brand Management and Marketing, as well as experience working in an administrative capacity alongside front line vaccination nurses during the early days of the COVID-19 Pandemic. He is a Full Sail University alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing for Entertainment, specializing in children’s and young adult animated television. Matthew lives in Far North Dallas with his wife, Laura.
Valerie Ochoa
Staff Accountant
Valerie is responsible for overseeing all accounting procedures as well as supervising accounts payable. She processes payroll for multiple entities, completes month-end closures and bank reconciliations. Valerie ensures all General Ledger accounts are accurate and prepares various financial reports. She thrives in high pressure environments making her a natural leader and prefers to accomplish challenges as a team. Over the last four years, Valerie has exceeded expectations and continues to be a key component within our core team.
